The Paterson Firefighters Association congratulates Senator Nellie Pou in her unanimous nomination to represent the 9th District as the first Hispanic woman to represent New Jersey in the US House of Representatives.

We are happy to see another friend of Paterson being nominated to fill the shoes of our good friend & Congressman, Bill Pascrell, Jr.

Although we grieve in the passing of our good friend, FMBA Local 2 knows of Senator Pou's long history of working for the people of Paterson & New Jersey; and we are proud to see her elevate to a role where she can represent and do good work for the American people on the national stage.
